·       You can return your product within 15 days of receiving it. We will only accept return of any unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags.

·       You can also exchange the product within 30 days of purchase and we will only accept exchange of any unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags.

·       Please return goods with a copy of the invoice and mention the reason for returning the items.

·       We will exchange it only if it is returned in it's original condition.

·       We will exchange it only if it is not used.

·       you can also return your product if the size does not fit you.

·       You can return your product if you received it in damaged condition.

·       Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address. 

·       Delivery Charges will not be refunded. 

·       Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the return products.

If you'd like to exchange your item, simply send your exchange details via WhatsApp to our representative. We’ll arrange for our rider to pick up your return item and deliver your new exchange for just Rs. 350. You can expect it to arrive within 4 to 5 working days. Happy exchanging!

Q3.What is your return policy?

If you’d like to return your parcel, our representative will provide you with the return address. Simply send your parcel to us using any logistics service (like TCS, Post Ex, or Leopard), charges of delievery must be paid by you for return. Once we receive your parcel, we’ll verify it within 2 days, and then refund you through your chosen method—whether it’s EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or a bank account.
